Elizabeth Palmer Singleton, Owner & Head Event Planner

Elizabeth Palmer Singleton has been planning events in Virginia and DC for over 10 years. In July 2009, she decided to start Events by Elizabeth Palmer after working 4 years as an Event Planner at the Science Museum of Virginia and the Historic Richmond Foundation. Elizabeth is inspired by the look, feel and history that can be found in the South.  Growing up in Richmond, Virginia, she has fostered an extreme attention to detail and an eye for extravagance to make your event dreams come true.

When she isn't planning weddings, Elizabeth enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Richmond, reading all the wedding and decorating magazines she can get her hands on (although she will be the first to tell you she cannot make a decision when is comes to decorating her home), watching as much reality television as she can, especially on Bravo, and hanging out at the river with her husband Matt, her two children Lilly and Harvey, and dog Bailey.

Alison Pelletier, Event Coordinator

Alison Bristol Pelletier has been planning events in the Virginia area for over 3 years.  She came to Virginia by way of China from Los Angeles, California.  Ali brings her West Coast charm to our Southern brides by helping us know and keep up with the latest trends.  Ali has a keen eye for details and decorating, helping bring the perfect touches to our clients events.  She enjoys working with charities to plan fantastic fundraisers.  Her favorite project is the SPCA Furball where she has served on the committee for 2 years.  Her passion for animals comes together with her love of events and helps raise over $500,000 a year.

When Ali is not planning events, she spends her time with her Chinese rescue dog Frizzie and her French husband Vincent exploring the city of Richmond and traveling the world.
